We like businesses that have identified a way to break out of traditional markets. Our favourite companies are bootstrapped. They are managed by their founders or by management teams that are significant equity shareholders.
Sectors we invest in include technology-enabled business services, digital media, e-commerce, consumer Internet, enterprise software, telecoms software and infrastructure, semiconductors and IT services.

We can invest up to $20 million on our own, or as much as $50 million together with our institutional investors or syndicate partners.
Most of our investments are a combination of new capital to fund growth, and the purchase of partial equity stakes from founders or earlier investors.
Our funding is used to accelerate expansion, to fund acquisitions, to bolster the balance sheet, or to cash out existing shareholders. We are patient investors, and in most cases our holding period is between two and five years.
We invest in you and your team. Our approach is to contribute proactively on your Board of Directors, but not to interfere in the day-to-day running of your business.
